Amanda M. Forker advises clients in the areas of estate planning, trusts, wealth transfer, taxation, business succession planning, and nonprofit administration. Amanda’s practice includes drafting estate plans and advising fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts. Her representation of clients includes generally coordinating her client’s family, business, and charitable objectives through estate and tax planning, providing insight and direction to nonprofit and for-profit entities, planning business ownership succession, and creating charitable giving plans. Amanda enjoys building a relationship with her clients, learning about their business and investment portfolios, and understanding the unique needs of their families.
Amanda was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars in Estate Planning & Probate in 2021-2023. Amanda was listed in Nonprofit/Charities Law in Omaha Magazine’s 2021 Top Lawyers listing.
