Profile
Kevin P. Tracy’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and general commercial matters. He counsels business owners and executives at all stages on their business cycle, from matters related to initial entity formation and capitalization to the drafting and negotiation of agreements related to the acquisition, divestiture, and merger of businesses. Kevin also assists clients with board governance matters and negotiation of commercial procurement contracts, services contracts, commercial real estate purchase agreements, and lease agreements.
Since 2021, Kevin has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch® in the field of Banking and Finance Law.
Kevin earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, cum laude. Prior to law school, Kevin obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and worked for a public accounting firm where he focused on serving clients in the financial services and private equity sectors. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 2007, where he majored in Accounting.
