on Friday, 10 April 2015 in Dirt Alert: David C. Levy, Editor

The first session of the 104th Nebraska Legislature is now two-thirds complete with the Legislature holding its last hearings this week. Here is an update on the bills we are tracking related to real property, renewable energy, and municipal law. Of significant note, on April 2, 2015, the Revenue Committee advanced LB 423, production tax credit legislation for renewable energy. The full Legislature will consider this bill soon.

You can find copies of the bills and information regarding status of the bills on the Nebraska Legislature’s website at http://www.nebraskalegislature.gov/bills/.

For the remainder of the session, we will publish updates on a biweekly basis. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions about these bills or any others. Thank you.
