Agricultural, Natural Resources, Environmental, & Energy Law Section Seminar

This presentation covered key environmental issues affecting various sectors. They discussed the regulatory landscape for hemp and specialty products, provided updates on wetlands management following the Sackett decision, explored opportunities in carbon markets, and highlighted the importance of protecting agricultural production within conservation easements.
