This report, developed with the assistance of Baird Holm Partner Scott P. Moore, offers a comprehensive comparison of accessibility requirements for affordable multifamily rental housing developments, highlighting the key standards mandated by both federal and state laws. Specifically, it outlines the accessibility criteria for residential units, common areas, and public-use spaces, all of which must be met by developments receiving federal or state Housing Tax Credits, as stipulated by CHFA.
