Partner Nick Buda to be a Panelist at the 2024 CRE Summit

Baird Holm Partner Nick Buda will be joining a panel of attorneys and lenders to discuss the reality of CRE disputes at the 2024 CRE Summit on Friday, August 23.

At a time when the commercial real estate market faces higher borrowing costs and a wave of maturing debt, this panel, titled, “CRE and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad: Defaulting on Loans and Leases,” will help attendees understand what happens when things go from bad to worse, whether that be an event of default under your loan documents or a lease agreement.
