- Advising the seller group in connection with the $67 million sale of stock of closely-held manufacturing company to private equity fund;
- Representing a Nebraska technology company in an $85 million sale to a strategic partner in a cash and stock merger transaction;
- Representing the founder of an internet marketing company in the sale of stock interest to a venture capital fund;
- Representing a real estate investment fund in the $10 million private offering of limited partnership interests;
- Advising a public pension fund in connection with venture capital, private equity, and SBIC investments;
- Assisting an ESOP-owned wholesale distributor in $20 million asset sale;
- Advising a multinational public corporation in connection with Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank compliance;

- Representing the purchaser in a $30 million acquisition of vehicle dealership; and
- Representing a distribution company in a $12 million cash sale to a strategic buyer.
